Using the service.
LogoDays provides a browser-based logo editor, editable templates, design guides, and illustrative mockups. No account is required. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, distribute harmful files, or misrepresent another person’s identity or rights.
Your content and design permissions.
LogoDays claims no ownership of content you create or import. You may use, reuse, edit, and distribute your designs for personal or commercial purposes. LogoDays grants permission for its original template artwork and arrangements as set out in Logo licensing and usage, without requiring attribution or additional permission from LogoDays.
This does not transfer third-party rights or promise exclusive ownership of a design. You are responsible for having the permissions needed for images, names, fonts, symbols, and other material you use. Importing or downloading a file does not establish those permissions.
Third-party material and services.
Google, Google Fonts, Material Symbols, and other third parties retain their applicable rights and trademarks. Their own terms and licenses apply. LogoDays is not affiliated with or endorsed by a provider merely because its assets or services are available here.
You must check and comply with those requirements. LogoDays does not clear third-party rights and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for your use or misuse of third-party content or services.
Projects, downloads, and mockups.
Editing and image processing happen in your browser. Local recovery can be cleared or unavailable; keep your own downloaded editable project copies. PNG and JPG downloads are raster images. Project files reference fonts that may need to load again. Check the final size, background, and destination before use.
Mockups illustrate placement. They do not certify production dimensions, print colors, supplier acceptance, or legal suitability. Guides provide general design instruction, not trademark clearance, legal advice, or professional production proofing.
Availability and limitations.
We provide the service as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free results, or permanent storage. Browser settings, device resources, and external font availability can affect it. Features and the template collection may change.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LogoDays does not warrant that a design is suitable for a particular purpose and is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the service, lost local projects, or third-party rights conflicts. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Privacy and contacting us.
The site currently has no ads, analytics, or behavioral tracking. Privacy & fonts explains functional browser storage, network requests, and email handling. You are responsible for the content you email. We use your name and address only to address you and respond to your matter, and delete the entire correspondence thread and its attachments once the matter is fully resolved. We do not sell or distribute your information or use it for marketing, spam, or unrelated follow-up.
Updates.
Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Any future advertising, analytics, or tracking integration will be reflected in the privacy notice before it is enabled, with any choices required by applicable law.
