Your designs are yours to use.
LogoDays claims no ownership of the content you create or import. You are free to use, reuse, edit, and distribute your designs, including for personal and commercial purposes. You do not need additional permission from LogoDays.
To the extent LogoDays holds copyright in its original template artwork and arrangements included in your design, LogoDays grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual permission to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that material, including commercially. Attribution to LogoDays is not required. This permission also covers sharing editable LogoDays projects.
This permission concerns template artwork and your design output. It does not grant rights in third-party material or imply that the LogoDays name, website code, or guide content is part of your logo license. It is not a declaration that all designs are in the public domain.
Third-party rights remain with their owners.
Google, Google Fonts, Material Symbols, and other third-party services and assets retain their own applicable rights and trademarks. Their availability in LogoDays does not transfer those rights or imply their endorsement. You are responsible for checking and complying with the licenses and permissions relevant to your design and how you distribute it.
The same applies to images, names, and other material you import. Only use material you have permission to use. LogoDays does not provide rights clearance or take responsibility for your use or misuse of third-party material; see the Terms of use.
Where does the template artwork come from?
Grove, Sola, Orbit, Form, Alto, and Petal use shapes drawn in the application code. The templates listed below use Google Material Symbols, which are also available independently in the editor.

Google publishes Material Symbols under Apache License 2.0. Read the license text for its permissions, notice and redistribution conditions, and trademark exclusions. Requirements depend on what you distribute; the permission above does not remove upstream license conditions.
What about fonts?
Our Privacy & fonts page lists each included font family and its source. These families use the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The OFL distinguishes font software from documents created using it: a rendered logo is not required to use the font software’s license. Redistributing or modifying font files carries separate conditions, which you should check at the source. Editable LogoDays projects reference font names; they do not embed font files.
Is my logo exclusive?
No. Other people can use the same templates and shared symbols. LogoDays does not promise that a name or design is unique, free of conflicting rights, or available for trademark registration. Check your proposed identity in the markets where you plan to use it. A font or symbol license is not trademark clearance.
Before using or sharing your design.
- Check the permissions for fonts, symbols, imports, and names you use.
- Keep the applicable third-party licenses and notices where required.
- Review the final design for your intended use, including potential name or trademark conflicts.
- Save an editable project and test the exported image in its destination.
