Email contact@logodays.com for support, privacy questions, accessibility feedback, or artwork concerns. Include a clear subject so the issue can be understood. There is no web submission form; your email is handled through your email provider and the recipient’s email service.
How we handle your email.
LogoDays uses your name and email address only to address you and reply about the matter you raised. You are responsible for what you include, so send only information and attachments needed to explain the issue and that you are entitled to share.
Once the matter is fully addressed or resolved, we delete the entire email thread, including your name, address, messages, artwork, attachments, and other personal information in that correspondence. We do not sell or distribute your information or use it for marketing, spam, or unrelated follow-up after the matter is closed. Email providers process delivery and may retain their own system records or backups under their policies; deleting our correspondence does not delete copies held by your provider or in your own mailbox.
Protect your project first.
If the editor still responds, use Download editable project before refreshing, clearing browser storage, or trying another design. Browser recovery stores the latest project locally and can be removed by browser settings. A PNG or JPG alone does not preserve separate editable layers.
Check a few common causes.
- Text looks different: allow Google Fonts to finish loading and check whether your connection or content blocker prevents those requests.
- The logo disappears on white: inspect the artwork color and the Design background. The interface theme and Preview background are not exported with the logo.
- A download fails: try a smaller mockup width (or smaller canvas dimensions for a logo) and check the browser’s download settings.
- Imported artwork looks blurry: use a better-resolution PNG/JPG source. Increasing image dimensions cannot recover missing detail.
- You cannot find an object: check its layer visibility and use Fit to bring the canvas back into view.
Prepare an actionable report.
Include the page URL, browser name and version, device type, steps that reproduce the problem, and what you expected to happen. If relevant, include the template name and selected mockup. Avoid sending private artwork or an entire project unless it is needed and you are comfortable sharing it.
Privacy, accessibility, and artwork concerns.
For a privacy request, identify the relevant interaction rather than assuming that projects are stored on a server. For an accessibility issue, describe the control and input method that failed. For an artwork or licensing concern, identify the template, symbol, or page and provide the source or permission information that needs review.
Read Privacy & fonts and Licensing & usage for our policies. The design guides cover common workflow questions.
